Although pedal feeding is imaginary(but be careful for what you wish for) we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that some birds do use their feet to help attract prey. It's called foot trembling and it occurs in a wide range of species- storm petrels, egrets, shorebirds. If I remember correctly Hermit Thrushes also do it.
