Both boats have a full walk around bow, but the Thelma Dale IV has an upper deck and is 85' is said to cruise at 18-20 knots, allowing us to cover more ground and stay offshore a little longer. There is room on the trip, and full details are available at See Life Paulagics website, www.paulagics.com. If you haven't heard the news, Paul Guris is starting a new pelagic company to run pelagic trips in the Midatlantic. Future trips I'd been dreaming about will be run by See Life Paulagics, so this November 16 trip will be my last as an organizer. I'll still lead trips for Paul, but I won't have to do the registrations! Paul has been organizing and leading pelagics for over 20 years. If you can't make the November 16 trip but might like to make a future one, check out the website. There is a March 15 trip planned out of Lewes, and several northern New Jersey trips. More Delaware/Maryland trips are in the planning stages. The bad news is that the Morning Star has been sold and the December 6 trip has been cancelled. The boat was not on the market, but I guess boats are like horses--the best time to sell them is when someone wants to buy them! I'm already day dreaming of alcids!
