While driving on Rt 29, I saw an eagle flying over Rt. 29 just south of Rt. 40, probably headed east towards the Patapsco below Old Ellicott City. It was a magnificent sight, a mature bird with easily seen white head and tail. A six-pack of crows was chasing...
