Birds of note include both Kinglets, Bald Eagle, & Shapr-shinned Hawk. Sparrows were: House, Song, White-throated, Junco, and Towhee. Gulls were: Ring-billed, Herring, Laughing, Great Black-backed, Bonapartes, and Forster's Tern. Waterfowl continues to improve after the low of the first weekend of hunting season. Species seen to today are listed below: American Coot Double-crested Cormorant Mallard American Black Duck Gadwall Amercian Widgeon Ring-necked Duck Scaup (sp?)
