Good #'s of Northern Gannet, Bonaparte Gull, Brown Pelican, all 3 = Scoters, Long-tailed Duck and the usual cast off the causeway and both = sides of the point. Nothing positive to report on the Cave Swallows. The = Harlequin Duck continues to delight birders at the south end of the = causeway bayside. This bird has been showing aggressive mating (?) = behavior towards the hen Buffleheads and a birder from Michigan = yesterday likened it to a duck on Viagra. I thought that was an = appropriate analogy.
