McHenry Jim and I found three Snow Buntings, twelve American Pipits, five American Tree Sparrow, two Killdeer, and a Horned Grebe at Ft. McHenry. If you choose to visit the fort look for the Snow Buntings and Pipits on the seawall or the rip rap below. Pipits can also be found as you walk though the fort on exposed dirt and grass. BTW: Jim saw the Goshawk yesterday on the fort grounds.
