He flew in from the north and circled several times before heading back north. I also found an immature Baltimore Oriole along Stafford Road in Susquehanna State Park. The bird was along the Deer Creek about 1/4 mile north of the mouth of the creek. There was a Chickadee/Titmouse flock as well as a Robin flock in the immediate area, but the Oriole didn't seem to be associated with either. There were 3 Lesser Scaup south of Lapidum Landing and one each of Bonaparte's and Lesser Black-backed gull at Tydings flats. Conowingo Dam had as many Eagles as Gulls, perhaps 20 of each.
