The Greater White-fronted Goose was still there. This may be the bird that Gwen Brewer saw on the Ft. Belvoir count on Dec. 29 in the Potomac River, near the Piscataway Park boarkwalk. The location is know as the Colonial Farm Park locally. Go to the end of Byrans Point Road, park the car on the left parking lot. Walk toward the Colonial Farm Park, and look for the bird on either side of the gravel road. (De Lorme, page 36, B3). Close to Charles County but so far away. Thanks to John and Gwen.
