I haven't been to Centennial since I spotted the ducks on Sunday. I have seen no further reports. I expect that with the real cold weather, the western end of the lake is frozen by now. But they could have moved to open water. The 4 Canvasbacks that typically hang out at Wilder were on Centennial Sunday morning, which tells me Wilde was frozen over then, though I do not know for sure. From past Centennial experience, I don't expect the Pintail to have lingered, but the Goldeneye may very well have. We did see one on 1 January, this COULD be the same bird, in which case, your chances are good.
