With the light bouncing off the snow her plumage appeared bright and clean. I also got a great look at a male Ring-necked Pheasant. It was strutting by with it's head held high. Last week I saw four male and five female pheasants. Other great birds included: a Red-shouldered Hawk; and a Golden-crowned Kinglet. Wow, I haven't posted a sighting in a couple of months. It's almost as if I've trying to keep a secret.
