Thankfully, no cars came by." Gail, anyone sufficiently motivated to spend additional time outdoors in these Arctic temperatures in order to track down a pair of Great Horned Owls cannot POSSIBLY be worried about what other people might think of her outfit!! True birders will drop everything to chase after an intriguing bird. Even when the outing is planned in advance, a birder's wardrobe choices are not exactly suited for civilized venues. So congrats on the owls, and stay warm out there! ; ) Janet Millenson Potomac, MD (Montgomery County) janet@twocrows.com ------------------------------------------------------------------ "Look at the birds!" -- Pascal the parrot ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
