MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit On my morning commute I saw an odd bird cross 270 headed towards NIST in Montgomery County/Germantown area. At first I thought crow, but that wasn't right. Hawk? No, tail is too long and there is a huge hooked bill. My guess is a macaw although the tail didn't seem long enough. Perhaps a large cockatoo, but I though they had shorter tails. I couldn't see color. I still think macaw is more likely. So if anyone gets a report of a lost parrot...
