Are they being observed this winter? Nancy and I participated in the Baltimore County Mid-winter count last Saturday, January 25, birding in our Atlas blocks along the Hike and Bike Trail from Parkton, MD to Freeland, MD, as well as a couple of other locations. Best birds of the day were the sparrows, with a Lincoln's Sparrow seen along the Trail near Diary Road being the highlight. ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
