Subject:      Cecil County 2/8

Yesterday (2/9) was Cecil County's annual midwinter bird count. I have not
heard from too many others but for me the best birds were Tree Sparrow,
Chipping Sparrow, Field Sparrow, Yellow-rumped Warbler, and Red-shouldered
Hawk in the Elk Neck area. Also reports of White-crowned Sparrow, Horned
Lark, and Bald Eagle were recieved from the Fair Hill Area.
