It is a pathogen that can get in pork raised under unsanitary conditions. I don't think it would hurt the hawk. Maybe red meat since it shows up better on the snow background. Hopefully, it took one of the many squirrels I support. We also don't have processed meats around our house. Gwen would try to make it a vegetarian if she could. I refuse. Thanks for the advice.
