On Feb 12th, i got an excited call from Jeff Shenot, that he had spotted a Red-necked Grebe on the Patuxent River at Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary. I quickly ran out, and eventually found it. On the 14th, i found it again (from the main observation platform) and, pushing my luck, tried again on the 15th, but did not find it. However, i did find an ICELAND GULL from the same location. A really beautiful bird and very close. danny bystrak dbystrak@netzero.com ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
