The bird usually sits there 45 min to an hour & is less than 20 ft from the feeders that are suspended from the banister. The birds - Downys, Chickadees, Titmice, Goldfinch, Carolina Wrens, House Finches, - cautiously & in small numbers continue to come into the feeders & suet. Forty feet further away from the deck at a ground feeding station, Juncos, Wht-throats & Song Sp continue feeding without interruption. Today for an hour, a Sharpie sat in a Japanese maple, 55+ feet away from the deck, The deck feeders remained empty the entire time. With the exception of two Crows, there were no other visitors at the ground feeding station.
