Two of the sandpipers were associating with 20+ Killdeer and a Common Snipe in a large antenna field, while the third bird was associating with half a dozen Killdeer at the golf course driving range, miles away. This is my first record of winter record for PESA, and according to the yellow book, is only one day later than the earliest sighting in Maryland (01 March).
