I was at a supermarket (I won't say which one, but all the letters are in lowercase) in Laurel, and saw, in/on the lighted "e" of the name, three birds, or non-birds, depending on your point of view. In the middle of the e was a Rock Dove; underneath, on the tail of the e, was a European Starling, looking up at the Rock Dove (who I swear was looking down at me!); above it was (you know what I'm going to say, right?) a House Sparrow. Three little birds, all in a row...all, probably, looking for a place to raise a family. I wish I'd had a camera with me. Good Birding!
