I stated at Perry Point (where else) and began would be a total count of 19 speceis of waterfowl plus Pied-billed and Red-necked Grebe. My total RNGR count for MD was 11 for the day (5 in Cecil and 6 in Harford). Notable misses were bith swans. Other notable sightings in MD were Rusty Blackbird (8) at a horse farm in the lapidum area and two Lesser Black-backed Gulls in the North East Towm Park (one third year bird and one mature bird). Out of state I'll just say that a Greater-white Fronted Goose was observed along with a GWFG x Canada hybrid in a field at the Hy-point Dairy farm near Brandywine State Park north of Wilmington.
