The announcement of Gail's talk was inadvertently left out of the Yellowthroat program listings. Gail, known to many of us as an active local, national, and international birder is presenting: From Todies to Tropicbirds: Birding the West Indies. I am sure that many MOS members who know Gail and her reputation will want to take advantage of this opportunity to hear her speak in the Baltimore area. So mark you calendar, and tell your friends who may be without connection to birding cyberspace. The meeting, which will be at Sherwood House, begins with refreshments at 7:30 p.m., and the talk should begin at 8:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Please join us. Directions to Sherwood House. From the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) take Exit 29A Cromwell Bridge Road. Turn east (away from the city) onto Cromwell Bridge Road. In one mile, turn left at the sign "the Sherwood House" (which is BEFORE the sign for "Willow Grove Farm"). Drive down the long driveway, across the bridge, bear to the right up the hill and follow the one way signs to the stone house at the top of the hill. Park in the lot next to the house and enter the house under the arch over the driveway.
