    A visit to the new Pickering Creek Wetlands around 1:30 this afternoon
yielded the following:
    Purple Martin (right on time according to the Yellow Book)
    Barn Swallows (several)
    Greater Yellowlegs    (14)
    Lesser Yellowlegs      (10)
    Bald Eagle                  (2)
    Laughing Gulls
    Black Duck                (2)
    Bufflehead                  (1)
    Mute Swan                 (2)
    - and Pickering Creek staff mentioned that some American Shovelers had
been seen there in the past few days.
