Greetings, While working at the Chestnut Point Marina Campground on Tuesday I had my first ever "Grebe Hatrick". Red-necked, Pied-billed and Horned were all seen. The later being in full alternate plumage! Other new birds of interest for me at the marina were Great Egret, Red-breasted Merganser, Sharp-shinned Hawk, Chipping Sparrows, and a pair of N. Flickers that have been singing for the last week. Also, my yard continues to produce a few interesting migrants, as Yellow- bellied Sapsucker was observed yesterday. Good Birding, Chris Starling ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
