Very pleasant day; Temps reaching 66 degrees; cloudy skies clearing to
mostly sunny;  moderate W or NW winds.

Observations:
After several days of stormy weather, migration is getting going again.

42 migrating Common Loons; Bonaparte's Gulls moving; 4 Caspian Terns and
100 Ruddy Ducks.

Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at =
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD.  Best =
winds are from the southwest.
