I've just finished reviewing the Osprey postings for the past 3 days and did
not find anyone listing a Veery so I thought this post might be worthwhile.
This morning I was thrilled to hear one of my favorite songs of spring and
summer - a Veery singing his heart out near the end of Town Point Rd. Other
weekend highlights of many include Great Horned Owl pair and their nest and
a pair of Pileated Woodpeckers. Also, very happy to find 3 (and possibly 5)
Spotted Turtles - wonderful little creatures.
