Of interest were two Common Yellowthroats (one singing), fair numbers of Myrtle Warblers, Gnatcatchers, and Ruby-crowned Kinglets, singing Brown Thrasher, Chipping Sparrows and Field Sparrows on territory. Also two Northern Harriers flying NE overhead. A brief zip through the NW Branch Golf Course found that the Purple Martins are back at their nest boxes near the driving range, both males and females.
