MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello All. Another rather quiet day at Point Lookout, but still managed = to sight a few migrant shorebirds. 4 Least Sandpipers were feeding in a = permanent wet spot in a fallow soy bean field off of Camp Brown Rd. In = the Park proper at the Boat Launch Facility I got good looks at a near = complete alternate plumaged Red-necked Grebe as well as a late basic = plumaged Red-necked Grebe. I wonder now if this pair may have been here = since mid February and was not noticed. I would appreciate anyone who = may have seen two birds here to let me know it may solve the mystery as = to differing reports of plumage since the first sighting. From about = 8:00 to 10:15 this morning I also counted well over 1,000 Laughing Gulls = flying from the SE to the NW. 5 Sharp-shinned Hawks also flew by at = various speeds. Several flew as if they were looking for breakfast while = 2 flew straight thru without a sideways glance. Still no warblers or = vireos to report, maybe this front tonight will drop a few birds in = overnight. I was offline for about 8 days and I understand some folks = had some ?'s about the Smith Island cruise. Would those folks please = contact me at my e-mail address and I will reply directly. = P.auraque@verizon.net Marty Cribb Point Lookout St Mary's Co, Md =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D =========================================================================
