It got my heartbeat up a bit, but in the end I chalked it up to a pure white dove. Thought maybe the wingbeat was a bit too purposeful and powerful to be a raptor. But I did go for erring on the side of caution, and I hadn't seen a white dove there before, so it might have been something else.
