April 27 (Sunday) - Atlasing Trip. 8:00 am. Southern Cecil County. Join
Walter Ellison, State Atlas Coordinator,  on an early atlasing trip to the
wilds of southern Cecil County. This will be an excellent opportunity to
learn how the atlasing process works. Note: Meet at the Cecilton Library on
Rt 282 east of Rt 213 in Cecilton. Half day. Leader: Walter Ellison,
