We watched Fish Crows passing twigs back and forth while in flight, behavior I had never observed before. We also had a vee-formation of 11 Snowy Egrets flying overhead, another sight I hadn't seen before. A few late Brants and a lone oystercatcher on the bar behind Assateague Island were nice additions to our weekend yard list.
