Hi all the  beginers and   childrens bird walk planned by the talbot county
Bird Club  for sun April 27  was  attended by 6 talbot Co Birders  but no
new blood or youth. We birded anyway My thanks to the leader Marggie
Steffens and to Carol Yates For her  good home baked cookies. highlights for
birds were  Canada Geese pair with five newly hatched Young . 1st for the
year for many of us was an Eastern Kingbird, Baltimore Oriole pair ,
Orchard oriole  male , Red - Tailed Hawk 1 ,  2  Red shouldered hawks
Screaming ,   1  singing   and seen  yellow throated Vireo,  white eyed
vireo ,  Great  Creasted flycatcher several,  many Ovenbirds  ,    L. water
thrush  seen as well as heard ,  Green heron .  Latter  Marggie and I  saw a
Double creasted cormorant . After marggie left i located a Foresters Tern.
A good time was had by all  There.
