Lots of warblers moving = around in the fog:=20 Northern Parula - common Yellow Warbler - 1 Chestnut-sided Warbler - 1 Black-throated Blue Warbler - 1 Yellow-rumped (Myrtle) Warbler - 1 Black-throated Green Warbler - 2 Yellow-throated Warbler - several Pine Warbler - common Bay-breasted Warbler - 1 Blackpoll Warbler - several Black-and-white Warbler - several American Redstart - 2 Worm-eating Warbler - several (one pair appeared disturbed, possibly on = territory?) Ovenbird - common Northern Waterthrush - 1 Louisiana Waterthrush - several Kentucky Warbler - several Common Yellowthroat - several Hooded Warbler - common Also nice looks at a pair of Red-headed Woodpeckers on what appeared to be = a nest tree. Other birds of interest: White-eyed Vireo - several Yellow-throated Vireo - several=20 Red-eyed Vireo - common Summer Tanager - 2 Scarlet Tanager - several A couple dozen Bobolinks are still in the alfalfa field beyond Cage Rd. on = Mackall Rd. near J. Patterson Park. Very nice looks at about 10 of them = sitting on the phone line that crosses over the field. With the rain and = cool weather, the alfalfa has been growing slowly so they haven't mowed = yet.
