I was able to make a few confirmations and a bunch of probables on some early species. I also saw a decent number other notable birds. The atlas blocks that I looked at today were Havre de Grace Quad NE and NW. In those Blocks I found: Warblers; Prairie Warbler, Pine Warbler, Black and White Warbler, American Redstart, Chestnut-sided Warbler, Northern Parula, Worm-eating Warbler, Ovenbird, and Common Yellowthroat. Thrushes; Wood Thrush Veery (3) Others; Red-eyed (everywhere) Indigo Bunting Blue-gray Gnatcatcher Brown Thrasher House Wren Tree Swallow Barn Swallow Bank Swallow N. Rough-winged Swallow Chimney Swift Gray Catbird Eastern Kingbird Pileated Woodpecker Spotted Sandpiper (North East Town Park) Black Vulture (Northwoods Community, North East) Good birding, Chris Starling North East, MD ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
