Appropriate action taken. #3 - 5 warbler eggs. Female has odd black forehead. Hybrid? #4 - Completely empty Violettes Lock #1 - Water plants had touched stake, allowing ants to build nest on top of leaves placed there this spring, probably by a warbler. Plants removed. Perhaps second nesting site. Pennyfield Lock #1 - Chickadees had nest with 4 eggs three weeks ago. Not checked today.
