However, it is obvious there was a huge influx of Blackpolls (the beginning of the end...?), even more Red-eyed Vireos and a gradual loss of warbler diversity as migrations moves on. However, thrushes and flycatchers are still coming through... Birds seen and heard: Warblers: Blackpoll (~35, many seen), Black-and-White (4), Black-throated Green (1), Baybreasted (1), Canada (8), Chestnut-sided (3), Magnolia (12), Myrtle (~30), Ovenbird (8), Parula (6), Redstart (5), Wilson's (1), Yellowthroat (8), Yellow (1). Reported by another observer: Cape May (1). Other species of note: Gray-cheeked Thrush (3), Swainson's Thrush (5), Veery (2), Scarlet Tanager (10), Red-eyed Vireo (~35), Yellow-billed Cuckoo (2), Eastern Kingbird (6), Great Crested Flycatcher (3), Acadian FC (4), Wood Pewee (2), unidentified empid (1), Cedar Waxwing (25).
