The beach at Kitts Hummock is PRIVATE and the 'No Trespassing' signs are real. However, there is public beach access (and a few parking spots) just north at Pickering Beach as well as the well known spots of Ted Harvey and Port Mahon Rd. It used to be a good place to park and walk out to see birds and crabs. It is plastered with no trespassing / no parking signs. Anybody know if those are legitimate?
