We heard a Kentucky Warbler singing on Edwards Ferry entrance. About a quarter mile north/upriver from the ferry area on River Road we heard an invisible male Mourning Warbler singing in and on the edge of the power-line cut. A further half mile or so north we heard a male Kentucky Warbler singing really close to the road. We got a glimpse of that bird as well as a female. Also there was a black snake of some species stretched out on a limb. Love that wind.
