Found two Downy Woodpecker nests with screaming young and also confirmed Rock Dove carrying nesting material, but of particular interest was a male Chestnut-sided Warbler (not singing), which is now within safe dates. This is in the Relay NE atlas block. Other birds included a Prothonotary Warbler on territory, a pair of Green Herons, Black-crowned Night Heron, a glimpse of Barred Owl, and a pair of large brown herons flying away from us that looked suspiciously like Am. Bitterns.
