Comments: cc: Charles Kucera MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi Folks, As Charlie Kucera and I waded through thigh-high wet grass at the Mears Farm in SW Baltimore County, we were delighted to see Bobolinks and a lone Common Nighthawk still in the area (we saw them there about two weeks ago). There were two Bobolinks, in the tall grass near the back gate, both males, with one in breeding plumage. Other birds of interest were a Cooper's Hawk, cruising by with grackles in pursuit, and a Louisiana Waterthrush at the small pond below the pine stand.
