MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit At the sewage pond in the B'ville Ag Research Center (BARC), Ed Clark and I were surprised this am to find 2 (possibly but not necessarily paired) Pied-billed Grebes, and a group of m and f Ruddy Ducks. While both species sometimes linger even all summer w/o breeding, the occurence is intriguing enough to warrant suspicion. The block atlasers are monitoring the situation to see if more developments follow. A Willow Flycatcher elsewhere on BARC, now in safe dates, nicely complements the one nearby at Lake Aretemesia.
