MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi Folks, This morning while doing an atlas miniroute near BWI Airport, I found four CATTLE EGRETs in the new Cromwell Business Park at the southeast corner of the airport in Anne Arundel Co. They were found in the extensive (mowed) grass along Cromwell Park Drive, just a bit north of the first sediment pond after turning in from I-97 or Aviation Blvd. I watched one of them fly in from the north, to join the other three. These birds are certainly post-breeding dispersers; two of them appeared to be adults, the other two juveniles. Only missed safe dates by two days! Was also able to confirm RED-SHOULDERED HAWK at Linthicum Park, northeast of the airport, as an adult carrying some good-sized rodent flew over. Both sightings were in the Relay CE atlas block.
