Best Birds for the time of the year non breeders but observed anyway were a female Long-tailed Duck , 0ne female Red - Breasted Merganser loafing on a sandy beach. A Pair of Black Ducks For a probable code. A flock of loafing mallards no young birds with them. one Snowy Egret. Lucky to see these as two screaming children went flying by on their bikes down to the shore went into the water ankle deep screamed some more got back on the bike and took off again like there was no tomorrow.
