At least two (possibly three) birds were calling from the field on the south side of the road just opposite a line of trees running north. A little pishing coaxed one of them to fly to a tree top for a good view. Leo Weigant >>> glovelace@MAIL.DOT.STATE.DE.US 07/21/03 08:09AM >>> Hello All, I checked on the Dickcissels from the southern end of the county on Saturday morning 7/19. The Pepper Rd bird lost his habitat as the filed has been mowed. The Statum Rd birds habitat is intact (it is a planted buffer strip), but neither bird was present. :( Good Birding, Glen Lovelace III Seaford, DE ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
