On these flats I saw 5 = species of shorebirds: Killdeer--5 Spotted-- 4=20 Least--7 Western--1 Pectoral--1 Viewing conditions were not ideal. Though the birds are close to the = main path (scope still recommended), morning viewing is into the sun. I = had a pretty good look before 7 am, poor views after 7 am. I will = investigate whether the rough path on the other side of the lake, rarely = used by birders, offers a better look. Other birds of interest at Lake Roland: At the dam-- Yellow-crowned Night Heron-- 3 (1 adult, 2 imm.) Black-Crowned Night Heron-- 2 Green Heron-- 1 Belted Kingfisher-- 1 On the lakeside trail-- Great Blue Heron-- 2 Yellow-throated Vireo-- 2 (singing males) Peter Lev Baltimore Bird Club =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D =========================================================================
