The Avocets visited the wetland then splashed down in the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River, taking Jim's Fort list up to 208. I added bird 209 when I found a Prothonotary Warbler feeding in the trees that lined the driveway into the Fort. btw: The Western Kingbird was busy helping the Eastern feed two fledglings near the Visitors Center.
