Observers: Kevin Graff, Janet Shields, Maryanne Dolan Weather: PS, light breezy on land, strong wind at Prospect Bay w/ 1' choppy waves, 85 degree Very slow, not much at Horsehead. A lot of waders at Lake Knapp. Several shorebirds flyby, none stop by due to overflown lake. No staffs available to open valve to drain out water. Single Black Tern at Prospect Bay in early afternoon.
