On several occasions, the morning after I have loaded up the tray, I have found it nearly empty. I thought all along that my thief was a racoon but last evening around dusk the real thief showed up. A buck white tailed deer came in, got up on its hind legs and licked the seeds right off the tray. He proceeded to chow down for about 10 minutes. It was real interesting to watch. Has anyone else seen behavior like this?
