After taking an hour to decide if and where I would atlas this morning; I had a great walk at Soldier's Delight in the Riesterstown SW block (Quarterblock 2). In four hours I hiked the Red/Orange/Yellow trail loop and got ten confirmations by watching fledglings being fed. Seventeen Pine Warblers were counted as four [separate] family groups made their way along the edge of the forest. A pair of agitated Louisiana Waterthrush surprised me on the Yellow Trail. FL - Recently fledged young: Ruby-throated Hummingbird, American Crow, Tufted Titmouse, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Pine Warbler, Prairie Warbler, Ovenbird, Chipping Sparrow, Field Sparrow, Northern Cardinal. 0 Keith Eric Costley oriolekec1@comcast.net Randallstown, Baltimore County, MD > From: Robert Ringler > Reply-To: Maryland Birds & Birding > Date: Sun, 10 Aug 2003 08:38:57 -0400 > To: MDOSPREY@HOME.EASE.LSOFT.COM > Subject: Atlasing Still Good > > I was out for the morning Saturday atlasing in my two blocks in the = > Lineboro quad.
