About 1869 individuals. Considering the late start, the weather, the biting insects, the high tides, and the time of the year, we ended up with a decent list for the morning. Many species were still singing like it was spring. This accounts for the good counts for marsh wren, blue grosbeak, indigo bunting, chipping sparrow, common yellowthroat, Carolina wren, and mourning dove. Best wishes.
