There are a couple confirmed records from Hart Miller, and at least one report to the MDDCRC under review as of May 96. Bob Ringler could fill in the gaps since 96. This sighting would be of extreme interest to the records committee. Please provide what you can - photos, detailed descriptions, multiple observers would be useful. Contact Phil Davis about the write up requirements such as optics, distance and time observed, experience with the species, weather conditions, etc. George ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kevin Graff" To: Sent: Tuesday, August 12, 2003 11:14 PM Subject: [MDOSPREY] Ocean City & Assateague Is. cruise, 8/10/03 > HI all, > > > Sorry for a late report.
